Dr. Benjamin Crocker received his medical training at Ohio State and his psychiatry degree from the University of Southern California. He practiced in Los Angeles for 15 years. In 1995, Dr. Crocker moved to Maine, where he has since worked for a number of community mental health agencies in the southern and central parts of the state. He is active in the American Association of Community Psychiatry and the Maine Psychiatric Association. His current focus is in outpatient consultation and the integration of mental health and primary care services. |

Crisis & Counseling Centers' psychiatric staff offer a range of services:
- If you or a family member have a diagnosed mental illness and are receiving mental health or substance abuse treatment from our staff, one of our clinicians can provide ongoing medication management, including necessary adjustments and prescriptions.
- Clients with a prescribing primary care provider (PCP) can receive an evaluation from our consulting psychiatrist Dr. Crocker, and have his recommendations for treatment sent to their PCP.
