Correctional Services Worker
Crisis & Counseling Centers Corrections Program has an opening in its current team and the following position is needed to provide these services. A Correctional Services Worker to conduct initial assessments, triage clients, coordinate services and referrals, and assist with group treatment. The Corrections Program uses an integrated treatment approach that will address the co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance abuse.

G.E.A.R. Parent Network is currently recruiting for a Regional Parent Support Coordinator to establish and facilitate support groups and workshops; to participate on committees and build positive collaborative relationships with community behavioral health providers. Through telephone contact, one on one contact, and support groups the candidate will also provide emotional support, problem solving, information related to community resources and children's issues, and assist in identifying the strengths and needs to families of children with behavioral health disabilities.

This position will be responsible for a variety of functions as a CNA. Responsibilities include: passing medications, documentation and good organizational skills. Prior medical/behavioral correctional health care experience is a plus. The qualified applicant must have medication techinician certification.
