For individuals and families who have received crisis services, OutReach staff will work with them for a limited period of time (up to 30 days following a crisis assessment) to help ensure that the crisis has been resolved.
OutReach staff can:
- Assist you with the transition from a hospital or crisis unit.
- Provide information and referrals to other community services.
- Provide support by phone or in person.
- Work with you and your other providers on a safety plan and ways to avoid future crisis situations.
To Reach OutReach Staff, call the Crisis line at 1-888-568-1112, or, if calling from a cell phone in Kennebec or Somerset County, call 621-2552, to be sure your call is properly routed.
If you received crisis services from Crisis & Counseling Centers and are now in an area outside of Kennebec or Somerset County, contact Crisis OutReach Services by calling 207-626-3448.
